Cody has become the master rib smoker this summer! I would say that he has pretty much perfected them, and they are probably my favorite thing for him to cook right now. Carson is becoming a very good assistant, and gets very excited about cooking ribs. However for a 3 year old to understand that it takes 8+ hours to smoke ribs is more challenging. This morning at 9:00 AM Carson was trying to set the table for ribs. Ha!
