Big Changes

Wow I knew it had been a long time since I had  updated the blog!!  There have been a lot of changes in the Barritt house since February!  In February Cody quit his job in Sheridan and has accepted a position in Minot,ND.  Housing is pretty crazy up there and after a week of not finding a rental, not finding a house to buy, we finally bought a gorgeous 2 acre lot 10 miles south of town and are building a house on it!  It has been a crazy couple of months.  We sold our house in Sheridan, put a camper on our land, and are now watching our house be built.  The kids and I are spending some time in Upton this summer too, so it has been a wild start to 2011.  Here are a few pictures and I am sure you will be seeing more construction pictures in the future :)

February is GONE....bring on SPRING!!!!!  We are so excited for some nicer days to come in March.  I went out to the green house the other day to pick up some stuff for one of my potted plants and got spring fever so bad!  All the spring bulbs were out and it was so warm and humid in there...ahhhhhh!

We ended up staying another day because of this terrible snow storm.  I was shocked how much snow Upton had this year!

February....already!

It is hard to believe my last post was about Christmas!!!  So, I thought I better get a few random pictures on here.  Both kids are doing great.  Carson loves pre-school and has been learning so much.  He is starting to write his name, which I was so excited about because he really hasn't had much interest in writing.  I am so happy he enjoys going and it has been such a positive experience for him.  Whitney is still our little screamer, however now that she is learning some words it has helped a lot.  She still says Max (one of our beagles) all the time but is now saying hi, hello, see ya, up, night night, book, and a few others.  Okay...on to pictures :)

Poor little Carson had a terrible cold/fever this weekend and spent most of the day on the couch.  Whitney really wanted to hang out with him on the couch.
