Fall

A couple of weeks ago we went up to the Big Horns and spent a weekend at Tim and Yvonne's cabin! It doesn't get any better than that!

Carson's 9 month pics

Here are a few pictures that Marsha took of Carson. These are his 9 month pictures. I really need to get these out since we are having his year ones taken soon!!

Everything has been going really good here. Cody has accepted a position on the water side of his company and will be moving over there in a couple of weeks. I think this will be a very positive move for him. Carson is busy as ever. He now has a 4 word vocabulary: dada, go, uh-oh, and this. Mama sometimes comes out but not very often!!

Emergency Room

Carson has officially had his first visit to the emergency room. He fell and hit the metal bed frame in our bedroom. He thankfully didn't have to get stitches, they just glued it back together! Talk about great stuff!!!

Summer Fun

It is hard to believe that August is already here! We are trying to get all our summer fun in before the leaves start falling. Carson has started walking...a little bit. He still prefers to crawl but can walk about 5 or 6 feet. Each day he gets a little more confident and a little more steady. Weston and Savannah are coming to stay with us the end of this week and then we are headed to Mallo for our annual Materi Reunion.

Tom and Liz came up and we went to the Big West Arts Festival at the college. Here is Carson enjoying a juice box with Dad.

Carson and I drove over to Gillette for the day to go swimming with April, Weston, and Savannah.

This past weekend we went to the Billings Zoo. The zoo is small but the perfect size for Carson to see a lot of animals.

The tiger was our favorite. Here he is coming right up to the glass!!!!

We had a great day today in the Big Horn's at Sibley Lake. We went on a great hike and got to play in the creek.

Closing out July

Hope everyone is doing great!!! We have been keeping busy between weddings, class reunions, and other summer activities! Seems like all the weekends get filled up fast and then summer is over. It is hard to believe that Carson is 9 months old this weekend. He has taken 4 steps on his own but is still content with crawling. I don't think it will be long before he is off to the races and keeping me very busy!
